log in from another android device for a paid account

Hi. I bought a basic package for my child and installed it on his table. I would like to login using my own android using his account, so that i can prepare flash cards for his learning. Is that possible? Please advise. Thank you!

Unfortunately no, we don’t offer remote administration like that at the moment. If you’d like us to set up a refund for your purchase, let us know and we’d be happy to do that.

Hi @plecotan,

if you wish, I can briefly explain to you how to prepare the flashcards on your device and then manually copy them over to your child's. Basically, you make the flashcards on your device, export them into a text file, send the text file to your child's device, and import it there. You would repeat that process whenever you wish to add new flashcards.
