Installing Plecodict on another pda

I have just sent in my pda for repair and was loaned another pda. How can I install plecodict on this loaned pda since the device number is different? Basically I need to install the plecodict that I purchased on to this loaned pda for a couple of weeks while waiting for my pda to be repaired (which has the actual device number I used to purchase the plecodict originally). Please advise.

Just log on to My Orders to request a new keyfile for the loaner PDA - once you get your old one back, you can log on again to get another keyfile for your original one. (there's a pretty good chance you were going to need to do that anyway, since often Pocket PCs come back from being repaired with a different Device ID)

thanks Mike

I have another question... Now my pda is repaired and I have just reinstallled Plecodict on it. Before I sent it for repair, I saved all the file into my desktop. The reason being I did not know which is the file containing all the flashcards that I have created. Could you tell me what is the file name and what do I need to do to have it appear on my newly installed Plecodict again. Thanks.

There are two files, actually "PlecoDict Flashcards" and "PlecoDict User DB C-E" - the first contains the actual flashcards and the second contains any custom dictionary entries you created (or that were automatically created for you on a flashcard list import). Just install those two files to your Palm and they should replace any empty flashcard files that were created by the new PlecoDict install.
