I have a large database of classical chinese words, their pinyin and translation. Is it possible for me to import this database to use as a further chinese dictionary alongside the Oxford and ABC dictionaries?

The database has around 1100 entries and is currently saved as an excel file.

Would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. Adam

I believe that if you import them as flashcards (using the flashcard instruction), they will automatically be entered into your custom dictionary for PlecoDict.

Yes, if you format them as flashcards (so there are three separate tabbed fields, characters, Pinyin, and definition) that should turn them into custom dictionary entries; alternatively, you can also use our MakePlecoDict utility to create a fixed dictionary database from your word list, which would be a little faster / smaller than the equivalent custom dictionary entries.
