How to export flashcards from zdt to plecodict?

I'm afraid I'm stuck at a fairly elementary level, but I've searched the forums here and haven't found an answer (that I understand).

I've managed so far to:
-install zdt on my Mac
-create a set of flashcards on zdt and export them from zdt (in "plecodict format" according to zdt)... they now are sitting in a .txt file on my Mac.

I'm now unsure how to get the .txt file from my Mac to my PalmOne Tungsten E2...and what to do next! (I think it's relevant to mention that, yes, I have an SD card.)

Thanks.

I was hoping someone with more ZDT experience than myself might respond to this, but I'll give it a try...

The next thing you need to do is get that .txt file onto your Palm's SD card. How exactly you do that depends on what sync software you're using. With Missing Sync, just mount the SD card on your desktop and you can copy the file to it; with regular Palm Desktop, you'd want to use a program like Card Export II to have your Palm simulate a USB drive, which would again result in the SD card showing up on your Mac's desktop. Make sure to note the filename and the directory on the card where you put it.

After that, open up PlecoDict's Import screen, use the Text File format option, for encoding I believe you use UTF-8, enter the directory and filename in the file path area and tap the Import button to import the flashcard list into PlecoDict.

Let me know if any of this is unclear / doesn't work and I'll try to help further...
