How can I efficiently copy text and navigate popup dictionaries for quicker usage?

I would like to know if there's a quicker way to copy text from popup dictionaries instead of having to expand it and copy from there by clicking the arrow button. Additionally, is there a way to navigate back to a previous popup dictionary that was missed without having to cycle through them all over again? This process can be quite slow and time-consuming.

There's not currently a quicker way to copy text from popup dictionaries, but you can jump to another dictionary without cycling through them all again by long pressing the dictionary switch button and picking the one you want.
