Handwriting recognition function doesn't work

I have tried installing Pleco several times having bought the unlock key. However, each time when I tap the Pen character I get "Cannot locate the handwiring recognition data files. Please make sure you've installed all the necessary files and that you've installed them to RAM and NOT to a flash memory card"
however, the.prc files are already installed on the RAM memory and the pdb files on the SD card of my treo 650.

Also I have installed some of the additional flash cards like HSK flashcards on my SD card but cannot access them. How do I do that?

You actually need to install all of the handwriting recognition files to your Treo's main memory (not to the SD card). Try this: download and install a fresh copy of your "keyfile" from My Orders and then run "PDUnlock" in your Treo's application launcher; after that, leave the resulting files where they are and the handwriting recognizer should work normally. (the files are installed by PDUnlock)

To access the additional flashcards, use the "Import" command in the Manage Flashcards screen to import them - see the download page for details on what settings to use.
