Grabbable Lists: Incorrect scrolling direction

When I wish to drag a list item higher up, I can make the view scroll upward only if I hold the item to the very top margin of the screen. In any other position, the view will scroll downward. (see the attached video)

That's weird - I'm not even entirely clear if this is in our code or Apple's but we'll investigate, thanks.
