Can an option for full text Cantonese be added to the dict group selection?

Sorry, "full text Cantonese" in what sense? Do you mean something limited to English searches of just Cantonese dictionaries? You can make one of those pretty easily in Expert Settings / Search Profiles - make a new profile with search type full-text / search language English / entry language Chinese / dictionary order custom and add whatever Cantonese dictionaries you like to it.
Would it be possible to add a default option like these:
The Chinese full-text searches are only searching characters, not readings. So there'd be no difference between a "Chinese Full (Chinese Dictionaries)" and a "Cantonese Full (Chinese Dictionaries)" for example.
You could create a search profile that was limited to a specific subset of dictionaries, but I don't know if we could offer a built-in dictionary collection for "Cantonese" because I think people might differ in which dictionaries they considered Cantonese; a Mandarin dictionary with Cantonese readings like PLC might have some utility for written Cantonese, e.g., but it wouldn't cover Cantonese slang.
