font problems

It seems that when I install pleco dict my system fonts are garbled. When my screen saver pops up while in the cradle the text on the screen are little boxes. After a soft reset it resume normal font rendering but when I open pleco dict it reverts back to the boxes.
Has this been discussed or mentioned before?

We're aware of this problem, but it seems to be a bug in Windows Mobile so there's not a whole lot we can do about it. If you open those programs before you open PlecoDict, that should (hopefully) get the correct fonts loaded. In PD2 we're actually trying to circumvent Microsoft's system for rendering fonts altogether and use our own independent system, which should get rid of both the SD card issue and this bug.
