Hello Mike,
I tried importing a flashcards text file in the old Pleco format, which worked very well. However, as a possible stumbling block for many users, Pleco didn't automatically recognize it as a legacy Pleco input file. Instead, it recognized it as delimited text:
With the format delimited text set, the useful flashcard pre-checking feature found about 4,600 flashcards, and with the "Pleco" format having been manually set, it discovered the correct number of 26,019 flashcards:
It would be great if Pleco could automatically recognize legacy Pleco flashcard text files.
Would you like me to send you by E-mail the import file I used?
Regards,
Shun
