Flashcard auto shut off

It seems like someone posted about this before, but I couldn't find it now: my t3 won't automatically shut off when it's in flashcard mode. I like to stop a flashcard session and pick it up again later, but my job requires some physical movement and my palm will often turn on in my pocket (when beating a confession out of a suspect or hanging from a helicopter skid, for example, or getting out of my car at Radio Shack).

Yes, we've gotten quite a few reports of this and even managed to reproduce it here, but at the moment we still have no idea what's causing it. The only remotely plausible candidate is the fix for the bug that prevented people from manually turning the power off in flashcards, but I tend to think that fixing that was more important than fixing this, since that bug would prevent you from even putting your flashcard session on hold at all.

I think I have the same problem on my UX50, which brings up another issue : I often take advantage of a few moments I have sitting in traffic jams to practice flashcards. There, and in a few other instances, I would really like to pause a flahscard session and being able to resume it, even after quitting PlecoDict, rather than just stop it. Is there a way to do this, if not, could this be a new feature?
Thx

We've gotten many, many requests for this and it will almost certainly be a part of 2.0. (there's not any way to do it in the current version)
