Flaschcard import

I often learn vocabulary in a specialized field. (theocratic/biblical)

I have many flashcards that I created on my desktop for printing out.
I would like to add some of these (import) to Pleco and create more cards to add to Pleco.

Can I do this?
What format would I have to make the list?
Any special spaces, colons, etc. needed?

I have an LG-P880

Pleco is a fantastic and powerful Chinese learning tool.
Made buying the phone totally worth it!

Basically just:

characters<tab>pinyin<tab>definition

One item per line - no special formatting needed aside from that.
