Feature request: option to disable audio playback altogether

Hi Mike!

Could you implement an option to disable all audio functionality, particularly the playback button in dictionary, pop-up definition and flashcards?
I never use it, but accidentally hit the button sometimes, which is annoying in the library.

You're still on Android, right? If so, just go into Add-ons and delete all of the audio-related add-ons - that will disable all audio functionality. (the built-in audio modules are technically 'optional' which means you can delete them in Installed, though they may reappear after major updates)
