Entering Edit screens opens empty window

When I switch to Organize from any part of Pleco, then tap Edit for the first time in a while, the window that opens is empty (see the attached video), and I need to close Pleco from the app switcher. On reopening Pleco, I am directly taken to that screen, and it is displayed normallly.
The same thing also happened tapping Edit in the File Manager for the first time in a while.
