Hi Everybody,
I've been running Pleco on a Palm TX for about four months now (new to both). For the first few months there was this really cool shortcut where I could enter letters in Pleco's English mode without having to bring up the little gray entry area at the bottom of the screen. I would just write directly on the definition area of the Pleco screen, the penstroke would appear in yellow rather than white (as it does when using the normal gray input area), and then the letter would be recognized as usual and appear on Pleco's input line.
For some reason either Pleco or the Palm itself won't let me do this anymore (all it does now when I try to write in the definition area of Pleco's screen is make the clicking sound like I'm trying to highlight something). I've tried all combinations of settings that seemed relevant, and couldn't find any discussions addressing this on the forums. I'd really appreciate any suggestions anyone has, since this was a great shortcut (that little gray input box is really annoying!).
