Editing a Flashcard: Can't add images from Photos Library

When I tried to add an image to the Entry Body field in a flashcard's Edit screen, I got the following message:

However, I had granted Pleco full access to my photos in the System Settings:

Might adding of photos currently be disabled for another reason? Thanks.

Maybe an issue elsewhere with your photo library? Does it work normally in other apps?

My photos library should be fine, never had any problems. Yeah, I can still insert a photo from the Photos Library into Mail from within Mail, for example. Does it all work on your iOS devices?

Yes, it works fine here. I don't suppose rebooting your phone helps? And is this happening on all of your devices?

Now it's OK, I rebooted, and it worked now. I saw this behavior on the iPhone 13 Pro only.

When trying to add a photo, I first saw a crash on both devices, which I commented and sent to you. Now it works better.

I like how photos/images can flexibly be added inside any (?) field and don't require a field of their own.
