Easiest way to write in Chinese on a Mac

Bonjour,

Sorry it is not PDA related? But I'm looking for an easiest way to enter chinese on a Mac (using Pinyin is really to difficult for me).

I think using a touch tablet or a Bluetooth/Wifi pencil could be great (but with wich software ?)

II need it to be wireless as I'm too far away from the computer.

Is anybody having some experience on that ?

See this page (particularly the Input Methods section) for some recommendations - apparently it's possible to get PenPower working on almost every version of OS X, though I don't know if anyone has tested it on an Intel Mac yet.
