I'm trying to find a dictionary for specialised financial terms and while googling I found a (seemingly out of date) manual on Pleco's own website for the Cheng & Tsui English-Chinese Lexicon of Business Terms

Is this dictionary discontinued? I can't find it within Pleco add-ons.

Also are there other dictionaries which can be bought/downloaded outside of Pleco but integrated in?

Yes, it has been discontinued - our license to it didn't include the rights to distribute it on PCs, so it was already in a gray area legally due to Google's support for running Android apps on Chromebooks and was going to get in a much grayer one next year with Apple's "Project Marzipan" letting people run iOS apps on Mac. (and we didn't have enough other dictionaries with that restriction to consider a more dramatic change like making some dictionaries mobile-device-only)

Every dictionary we currently sell is offered in "Add-ons."
