device to use pleco - these specs

hi all, want to get a device that can run pleco. I need a new phone so I'm inclined towards a smartphone, though I'm also considering PDAs.

can anyone suggest one <$US500 with the following features:

3G
Wifi
WinMobile
GPS
has stylus
good for playing music
slim size

not important:

camera
video-recording
