Which is better for running Pleco 2.0 Basic Bundle? I plan to use the device only for learning Chinese. My Chinese 101 class begins next week.
= DELL Axim X3i =

5 ounces

1700-2000 mAh batteries available for $10-20
Easy to change battery
WiFi
Leather holster
= Palm Tungsten T3 =
320 x 480 screen
PalmOS 5.2.1
5" x 3" x 0.66" (open)
4.3" x 3" x 0.66" (closed)
5.5 ounces
Leather flip-cover
Hard to change battery (requires surgery)
1100 mAh batteries available for $10-20
Both have 64MB RAM, 16-bit color, and SD card slots. I can buy either device from co-workers for $50.
I'm concerned about battery life. When the T3 battery dies, I'll have to put it in the cradle or use a charging cable. But with the X3i, I can just change the battery. Can anyone tell me how long the T3 battery will last while using Pleco 2.0?
Next year I plan to get a phone that will run Pleco, so this device only needs to last for a year. I want to get Japanese dictionary software, too.
Thanks!

P.S. I wish the forum software wouldn't ignore two-letter words like 't3' and 'x3'.
