Custom Dict/Flashcard suggestions

Hi Mike,
Please add a confirmation dialog box to the custom dictionary delete function. I was riding in a car, attempting to add another entry, when the car bounced and I hit the delete key, located above the add/edit key. Poof! My previous entry was gone.

On the Manage Lists flashcard screen, I suggest adding a 'display list' key that would use the same format as the Entry List (character, pinyin, definition). This would allow users to quickly peruse the pinyin or partial definition to see if an entry already exists. For those of us moving from pinyin to learning characters, the current character only list format is of limited use.

Thanks for those suggestions. The confirmation box is something we should have done a while ago - the Delete Entry command began its life as a toolbar button, where we specifically avoided using a confirmation box so that people could quickly delete dozens or hundreds of entries at a time, but for the menu command it makes sense to add one. (or just to get rid of the Delete Entry menu command and let people go into Add/Edit and press the Delete button in there)

And we're looking into a lot of improvements like your second suggestion in the 1.1 release of PlecoDict - the Edit Lists interface is due for some major changes, as it hasn't been significantly improved since Oxford 2.0 came out in 2003. But you can already get Pinyin in those lists with a Preferences option (which we probably should have enabled by default) - just go to the "Flashcards" panel and there's a checkbox for it. And why are you manually checking if entries already exist? The software should eliminate duplicate entries on its own.
