Convert PQB to PDB

I've created a custom dictionary that I would like to distribute to others, but I would like to keep its content consistent for all users. Is there a way to convert my PQB custom database to the unmodifiable PDB version?

There's no way to do that, but you can at least "Lock" the database through Manage Dicts - users could potentially "Unlock" it, but this would at least prevent them from changing it accidentally.
