Clipboard Reader: Always Enable Refresh Button?

Would it be possible to always have the refresh button enabled?

My particular use case is that I copy text on my mac, and then read it in the Pleco Clipboard Reader on my phone. However, I can't paste until I exit the clipboard reader and come back into it because the "refresh" button is disabled (I'm guessing the iPhone doesn't always "see" the copy from the Mac).

Alternatively, the iPad version of Pleco for M-Series in the Mac App Store would also remove the need for my use case

If I remember correctly, there was an issue that made that a problem (something to do with all of the new clipboard permission stuff Apple added in iOS 16), but will look into it again.
