We just made a big step forward today, actually - I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is finally going to happen pretty soon. Though it'll likely take us a few months from when we sign the contract to when we actually have the new dictionary available - we have to convert the data files, and we'd probably release some sort of PlecoDict engine update along with the new dictionary database (not a big one, just some minor changes to make it easier to manage and switch between dictionaries).
