Change font size of dictionary headword in popup

Hello is it possible to change the headword size when looking up a word in a popup? I've tried these settings but none seem to change the font size is the only thing that doesn't change from the popup

It should be displaying with the same size as the rest of the text in the reader bubble ("popup definition") - is it not doing that now? (there's no way to adjust it separately at the moment)

I didn't think that one worked since it's called "popup definition font size" ! Thank you
