In Android version, you've enabled TTS for english text by supporting one of the TTS software installed in the Android OS. There are cantonese TTS from Svox and perhaps others out there that can be used in conjunction with Pleco to enable Cantonese TTS. Would you be able to add this feature?

Sadly no, there's not really a good API for language-specific TTS detection or TTS requests on Android at the moment (unlike with voice recognition) so this would be extremely awkward to use; we experimented with it before and didn't come up with anything that we'd be comfortable with shipping / supporting.
We'd happily license a Cantonese TTS, but Svox appears to have been bought by Nuance and there's no SDK available from them for Cantonese.
