Can't Use WeChat Pay or Alipay During Purchase

I'm unable to complete the purchase using WeChat Pay or Alipay in the Pleco Software Online Store. Both options don't appear at checkout. Please help.
 
I'm afraid those are temporarily unsupported - our integration of them broke due to a change on our payment processor's end, and since the volume of purchases we were getting from was quite low, we haven't made fixing it a top priority.
