Are entries for CC-Canto accepted?

Hey, I just found out about Pleco, its been a great tool for learning cantonese. My level of Cantonese is only limited to talking to family and I’ve been trying to learn more to continue the language. I’ve been watching TVB and other shows to get more colloquial phrases down. Is there a place to submit entries for phrase or proverbs that only exist in Cantonese?

For example I saw
睬你都傻
is in there which is awesome - Ive come across some other Cantonese phrases such as
畀個心肝當狗肺 (saying they are ungrateful)
which aren't in there. Just wondering if user submitted entries are accepted

Yes - there's a 'report missing word' function (which actually just starts composing an email) at cantonese.org if you do a search with no results.
