ABC purchase

I had the basic plecodict, and decided to order the ABC dictionary. I got the key file for it and everything, but every time that I download the keyfile and run it on my palm, it does not show up. the My orders page here on Pleco.com says that I have purchased it, yet it does not even show up on the ordering page on my palm. how do I overcome this problem?

PS- Just wanted to tell you for doing such a great job with this program, and having excelent customer support! I tell many of my friends about it, and I plan on using your program for many many years!

Sounds like you need to install the ABC dictionary database along with the keyfile. The easiest way to do that is with the "manual install" version of PlecoDict, available at http://www.pleco.com/palmdownloads.html - download the Professional/Complete version of that (ppcomplete103.zip) and then follow the steps in the instruction manual (http://www.pleco.com/dictmanual.html) for a manual installation. When you get to the part of the installation where you select data files, ignore the advice in the manual and install ONLY the file "ABC" from the "Dictionaries" folder. Make sure to install it to your SD card, not to your Zire's internal memory.
