Feedback system between pleco and a spreadsheet

Hi I want to have a feedback loop going between my pleco app and a spreadsheet set of notes.
SRS is better with improving the definitions to prevent leakage/interference
I try modifying the card but it ruins the format, example- it makes the grammar notes lose its click ability.
Is there any workflows I can draw from?
Also I notice I have multiples of the same word showing up sometimes. Is there a way to consolidate it?

So I was able to dig up these Workflows.
My current Challenges are:
  • Formatting User Dictionary to be like the other dictionaries (i cant export them to see how their formatting works)
  1. Feedback Loop with Pleco app and Spreadsheet

    1. When doing a Flashcard Self Study, Identify problem Cards by giving them User C-E entries.

      1. You can put *** or a highly visible marker so that you can see it when you export it to CSV.
    2. After the Test, Export the User C-E dictionary, upload it to your Cloud Drive with date.

      1. This way you can consolidate them in one batch.
    3. Consolidation and Differentiate. Problem Words that create Interference (see https://www.supermemo.com/en/articles/20rules 11. Combat Interference)

    4. Example:

      1. Differentiating the various Conjunctions 连词. They are too similar in definitions that the Overall Rules for 连词 needs to be learned, and how specifically the apply.

      2. Creating Personalized and Differentiated Entries for

      3. Ideally Memorable Sample Sentences are added.
  2. Exporting Dictionary Entries

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Dictionary Management > Manage Dictionaries (Option 16/20)

    3. Click on User Dictionary C-E

    4. Operations > Export Entries (option 21/23)

    5. Export to Google Drive/Dropbox Folder
  3. Importing Dictionary Entries

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Dictionary Management > Manage Dictionaries (Option 16/20)

    3. Click on User Dictionary C-E

    4. Operations > Export Entries (option 20/23)

    5. Export to Google Drive/Dropbox Folder
  4. Formatting User Dictionary

    1. ¿ in place of the extra character

Also noticed that when creating a custom card (by transforming a dictionary entry into a custom card), it is losing its original format. It becomes "pure text".
I often transform my dictionary entries into custom card because I like to write the sentence in which I encountered the word, it helps me a lot remember the original context (PLC has examples too, but adding my own example helps me more, because it's personalized).
