User Dictionary with Cantonese

At the moment the only way to do that would be to enter a @ at the start of the 'Pinyin' field - that would get it displaying correctly, but it wouldn't get any formatting or be searchable or play audio.
Fix for this is forthcoming - when we merge our flashcard and user dictionary formats, most likely - but in the meantime in the very near future we'll be adding a whole bunch of Cantonese-specific vocabulary to our free app (and welcoming submissions of new words that we're missing).
