redownload new files Cyanogen 13 android LG g3

I installed Pleco on my lg g3 with cyanogen 13 ROM.
I registered and it ask me to redownload all purchased addons. when I do, nothing happens. ALso , when I try to download by clicking on downarrow. Nothing happens. what can I do?

Might be an issue with your internet connection - can you try using a VPN? Or does it help at all if you use a different connection (WiFi, say), or if you reboot your phone?
