Nexus 5X Camera and OCR

Nexus 5X Camera is connectede in an unusual way, so using OCR images are inverted in direction up-down.
Is there any way to resolve this trouble or the solution is only to reverse the phone?

Yes, depending on your Android device, you can change Settings > OCR > Live Video OCR > Camera orientation to compensate. I think the "Default" setting recognizes your device and works most of the time.

@Furio Petrossi - if you don't mind my asking, what was it set to before you made that change, and what setting did you use that made it work correctly?

I'm using the beta version, and perhaps for some reason settings were changed. I used the camera orientation 'default+180 degrees rotation', and now using the original default: all works fine.
