“衤巴” 巴 with a 衣字旁

I'm having a lot of trouble locating it, any help would be much appreciated.

Is this the one you alluded to in your other post? Doesn't seem to be included even in Unicode Extension B (which covers a lot of VERY obscure characters), so I don't know where else you might find it... where did you encounter this character originally?

Are you sure this character exists? It is definitely not in the 中文大辞典. Neither under radical cloth, nor under 邑 or 己. However, there is a character 祀. Is this what you're looking for? I also did not find any semantic variants, like 衣 on top, 巴 at the bottom. Maybe it's a rare character used only on a handful of occasions to stand for another, more common character? If it's not in the ZWDCD and still exists, it's gotta be really 罕见.
