Is it possible to batch update my custom flashcards

I have about 2000 flashcards that I have been using to review hanzi from Heisig's "Remembering the Simplified Hanzi". At the moment the cards have pinyin in the reading field and a RSH keyword in the definition field. Using the @ prefix I would like to store the keyword and pinyin in the reading field and mnemonic information in the definition field. I know how to import new flashcards with this layout, but is it possible to update my existing cards so I can keep my scorefile information?

If you export the cards to XML, you can edit them while preserving the score information (and then delete the old cards / reimport the new ones), but unfortunately there isn't an easier method than that at present.
