flashcards problem: new cards no longer added

Hi, starting today, Pleco stopped adding new flashcards to my pool. I have not done anything in particular to my flashcards since yesterday, the only thing I did was switching the priority of a few flashcards to 2.
I particular, I have 22 categories switched on in the Card categories setting (and to be absolutely sure I did a search for unseen cards in one of them, yes, there is still plenty to go). All Card filters are switched off. Card selection is set to Limit by new per day, To 5.
After this happened, I tried switching a few cards to priority Force add pool, still getting Session Complete without the added cards showing.
Any ideas? Thanks.

What threshold are you using for 'limit new cards'? (to determine which cards are 'new' i.e.)

The settings around there are:
Card is learned if score >= 200
Limit new cards: yes
Limit by: new per day
To: 5
Prioritize by: Approximately oldest
