Disable Web Hyperlinks in Reader

Is there a way to disable URL hyper links when reading documents inside of the Reader?

I have PDFs where the entire page was coded as a hyperlink. It's pretty annoying to have a web page pop up every time I click on a word to check a definition. Please help. Thanks!

No option for that at the moment, no - if you have our OCR add-on you could try bringing up the document in that instead, that would ignore any hyperlinks and just look at the document image.
