hardware recommendations in beijing?

its time for me to buy a new phone over here, and i would appreciate any recommendations of smartphones available in china (beijing specifically) that do well with pleco.. don't really need the other stuff (music, cameras, etc.) that much.. i am currently using an old dell axim which works great, but it would be nice to consolidate the gadgets i have to carry around..

Since I'm in the US most of the time I can't provide too much in-depth info on this, but I believe the HTC Touch models are more widely available in China than other Pleco-friendly WM smartphones like the Samsung Omnia / Sony Ericsson X1 / etc; if you're willing to shell out for the Touch Pro2 / Diamond2, those are the current top-of-the-line models (and are probably easier to find in China than in most other places in the world), but the older Touch HD / Pro / Diamond / Viva are also fine for Pleco.
