Not too much - there's a new block of CJK characters, Extension E, which are already supported by a new version of our Extended Chinese Font (which we'll be updating soon), so we'll be able to move a few more characters out of embedded image territory and into officially encoded characters, but it's only about 6000 characters so it'll only overlap those image ones in a few places; to be honest it's unlikely that most of the characters we're missing now will ever be encoded.

Thank you to let me know Unicode is ver 8. I bot a Unicode ver2 many years ago for reference.it cost 50$ and expensive at
That time.it has about 22000 characters. In general ,use 4000 to 6000 characters ,one can do a lot. Besides, one can use
A similar character in place. Of course , unless you study classics or people,s names .If I know what is in PLECO,I will be
Satisfied.
For complex character, I use hard copy like 汉语大字典,缩印本contains about 56000 字。
