Again no - of the C-E dictionaries we offer, PLC offers OK coverage of classical meanings of single characters, and if you're willing to go C-F Grand Ricci gives you quite a lot of classical, but the last comprehensive Classical-to-English dictionary (Matthews) was published decades ago - it might be public-domain now but we haven't been able to definitively establish that yet.
