Finding the root radical of a character

Hello

Sorry, maybe a stupid question, but I can not find any info regarding what the root radical is when having found a character through search. On my android phone, a info field called Radical will show on the Stroke order page, but not so on my iPad.

I am using the 3.0.0 version and have bought all needed add-ons.

Would be most thankful for some insight regarding this (my) problem.

See http://www.pleco.com/ipmanual/transition.html#radicalinformation - this was an oversight that we'll fix in 3.0.1 but in the meantime there's a workaround via the UNI dictionary.
