AI integration into the OCR

Hi,
do you think that integrating an AI into the OCR could be a good thing ? For exemple, to translate on the go a page of text using Pleco dictionaries and the AI to select the best options ? Or is it out of the scope of Pleco that is a dictionary and not a translation software ...
Thanks again to the Pleco team for such a good product for Chinese enthusiasts !

I'm expecting Apple to make on-device AI translation accessible to developers this summer and will be happy to integrate it when it is. My main problem with machine translation to date has been when it's an online service like Google Translate that comes with usage-based fees, since then not only do we have to figure out a way to bill people for that, but we're also doing so when people can get translation for free in Google et al's own apps.

Great news ! To use the vast array of Pleco's dictionaries with apple AI to translate pages of text could be very convenient.
