Clipboard issues on Bluestacks x86

I'm using Bluestacks on a Toshiba Click Mini. The clipboard doesn't seem to be copying all selected text. It manages small amounts, a couple of paragraphs, but refuses to copy larger texts. I've tried using the Pleco browser, the native browser, the Clipper app, all with same problem. (I can copy a full text into a Notepad document, so looks like an ARM emulator or Pleco issue.)

Can you copy full texts into other apps in BlueStacks? To me it sounds more like a shared clipboard limitation.

No it seems that I can't copy large texts to the clipboard in other apps when using Bluestacks. Any idea how this could be resolved?

To be honest I'm probably going to give up on Windows and buy a pure Android device again. Windows is awful, in tablet mode it is very imprecise when using touch & gestures, and the whole emulator experience is well below what an Android device delivers. Using Pleco document reader is important for me and it worked great on the Nexus 7, so I'll be migrating back that direction I think.

You could try ARC Welder instead - I believe the clipboard in that works a bit better.

Switching back to an actual tablet OS is probably for the best, yeah. If you're not married to Android, you could also look into getting an iPad Air 2, particularly in a few weeks when Apple will (almost certainly) announce the Air 3 and drop the price of the 2 to US$400 - the new split-screen mode is iOS 9 really nicely implemented and will have better developer support from day 1 than any current split-screen implementation on Android, and just in general iOS is a much richer ecosystem for tablet-optimized productivity apps (in part because of the ease of porting them from Mac OS).

Is there any demo or screenshot of pleco running on iOS9? I might want to switch back to iOS for fun. BTW, I remember iOS pleco has flashcard sync support, but does it work well for large flashcard set? My flashcard is getting close to 10Mbytes. Does the iOS sync stuff only sends diff, or the whole file? BTW, does iOS pleco supports (or going to) sync reading position just like kindle? It would be cool If I can use iPad and iPhone (or maybe iPod touch) for reading books seamlessly while syncing flashcard.

@Taichi - no, we'll probably be posting some screenshots of split-screen view next week though.

Flashcard sync does send diffs, yes - iCloud is very good about that. We don't support syncing reading positions yet - cloud document management in general is on our to-do list (as part of the larger move into annotations / more advanced bookmarks and into integrating all of that with flashcards).
