Create Flashcards of ALL Cheng & Tsui Terms?

Is there a relatively easy way of making flashcards out of all of the entries in the Cheng & Tsui dictionary? I know there's not a one-click way because otherwise you could use that method to export entire Pleco dictionaries, but is there a way to, say, list out all of the terms in the C&T dictionary and then I could add them one by one that way? Otherwise, I have to look up each term from my hard copy of C&T, and then add them that way. It's the looking up part that's time-consuming. Thanks!

I haven't tried but i think you can go Manage dictionaries -> tap the dictionary -> browse all entries -> tap the first entry, then tap + and v (next entry) repeatedly.

Yep, that's the fastest way at the moment.
